Town Hall Rental

For more information and to schedule events at the Town Hall, please contact Stephanie Hoffman, Town Clerk, at 518-733-9195, Ext. 8. There is a $25 non-refundable rental fee and a $25 deposit fee when renting the Town Hall. If the key is not returned in a timely manner (within two weeks after rental) the deposit will be relinquished to the Town.

ANY and ALL damages are the renter’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

This service is only available to Stephentown residents, and proof of residency must be provided. Forms of proof include: tax bill (Property or School), lease or rent receipt, or utility bill.
